Mace Mangold, PE, LEED AP

Project Manager

Mace is responsible for managing design staff and project teams, delivering a full scope of services from project due diligence through final design, construction documentation, and permitting to construction administration services. His range of experience in civil and environmental engineering includes commercial/industrial design, technical evaluation and design of stormwater and groundwater management projects, and stream remediation/restoration design, as well as the completion of Air Impact Assessments (Indirect Source Review permitting), environmental site assessments (ESAs), and engineering reports (drainage design, SWPPPs, SPCCs, etc.). Mace enjoys combining his civil and environmental design disciplines to identify cost effective, reliable, and sustainable solutions.

“College communications courses were far from my favorite. I dreaded them. It took me a while, but I’ve come to recognize how critical it is to communicate clearly. Not only active communication such as working with colleagues or timely responses to clients, but also in work products such as construction drawings or design reports. A good set of construction drawings can really be the backbone for a smooth land development project, and a well written design report can be the difference between indecision and moving projects forward.”
